JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Primary Tasks
- Assisting with adding new products to our websites: Good English skills required, technical understanding of the product, basic image editing for product images.
- Helping with Customer Support via our ticketing system and telephone: Prioritising and filtering emails to the correct department, answering basic questions, forwarding support cases over to manufacturers and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Social Media posts: Periodic product advertising etc.
- Assisting around the warehouse - helping to add new stock on arrival, helping dispatch parcels at the end of each day.
- Processing/testing returned items.
 
Secondary Tasks
- Occasional order picking/packing.
- Researching new products to stock.
 
Beneficial Qualities
- Experience with drone flying/quadcopter building/fixed wing model flying/any other form of Radio Control.
- Technical experience with diagnosing and fixing quadcopters.
- Video editing/YouTube video reviews/content.
 
Applicants must be comfortable working in an office with a small, friendly dog.
 
Appropriate remuneration for the correct candidate.

Based at our warehouse in Fleetwood, UK.
